Location and transport
The hotel is in Paris’s 14th arrondissement, near the Montparnasse Tower, in a lively area with shops, restaurants and cultural venues.
- Paris-Montparnasse railway station: approximately 300 m, or a 4-minute walk.
- Edgar Quinet metro station: approximately 1 minute on foot; Montparnasse-Bienvenüe: approximately 3 minutes.
- Nearby metro lines: 4, 6, 12 and 13.
Rooms and facilities
Single and double rooms, plus two triple rooms, with a stated total hotel capacity of 21 guests. Each triple room sleeps up to three people in one double bed and one single bed. A baby cot can be added.
Every room has a private bathroom and toilet, a television, Wi-Fi, a desk, storage space, a kettle with tea and a refrigerator. A hairdryer is available on request. Rooms are not air-conditioned and do not have a safe.
Rates and breakfast
Rates vary by date, within a stated range of €109 to €169. The €109 rate is a promotional minimum during quieter periods. Typical indicative rates are €129 for a single room, €149 for a double and €169 for a triple. A maximum price of €199 may apply during exceptional events with very high attendance.
Breakfast, tourist tax, Wi-Fi and luggage storage are stated to be included. French-style breakfast is served in the room only, from 7:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. It includes, among other items, bread, pastries, dairy products, fruit juice and hot drinks. Some products are organic or locally sourced; no special menu for specific dietary requirements is advertised.
Services and conditions
- Reception: 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.; it is not staffed 24 hours a day. Late arrival can be arranged with the hotel.
- Check-in: from 2:00 p.m.; check-out: by noon.
- Cancellation: free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival, subject to the booking terms.
- Payment: on arrival by bank card (including American Express), cash or bank transfer. Online payment is not advertised.
- On site: lift, free Wi-Fi and luggage storage; high chair, changing mat and microwave at reception. No private parking.

Accessibility
The hotel is not accessible to guests with reduced mobility. There are three steps at the entrance and no adapted room is available. The lift does not remove this access barrier.

The hotel has held the Clef Verte (Green Key) label since 2017, renewed in 2026. Reported measures include saving water and energy, sorting and reducing waste, reducing plastic use, using eco-friendly cleaning products, LED lighting and a condensing boiler.
